JUBILEE COMMERCIAL LLC shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, supplier delays, customs procedures, governmental actions, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import, export, customs, and local regulatory requirements within their respective jurisdictions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
